Opell Video to 3GP Converter is a program developed to let you convert various video formats to 3GP for playback on mobile phones. It also allows you to extract audio from your videos to mp3 files.

Supported formats as input include: DivX, XviD, AVI, WMV, MPG, MPEG, MP4, M4V, FLV, 3GP, ASF, RM, RMVB, MOV, MOD, ASX, MKV, OGM, SVCD, VCD, VOB. And output formats can be 3GP, 3GP2, AVI, MP4 video, and AAC, M4A, MP3, RA WAV audio files supported by iPod, iPhone, PSP, 3GP compatible phones and blackberry, among others.

Features of this program include batch conversion support, the ability to configure output settings like codec, size, bit rate, frame rate, aspect ratio, audio sample rate, channels, etc. or use a preset profile with default values.

This application has a nice and intuitive interface with a small preview screen and all its tools in a single window. It lacks advanced features like trim, crop, effects, the ability to merge or take snapshots of scenes, etc. but it supports a good amount of formats becoming a great option for basic users.
